Peggy C. Baker's Obituary
Peggy C. Baker, 78, of Memphis, passed away Friday, May 28, 2010 at Methodist University Hospital. Mrs. Baker was the daughter of the late Tom Carter and Maudie Sinquefield Carter. She leaves two daughters, Debra Baker and Sheryl Baker, both of Memphis; step-sons, Hal L. Baker (Diana) of Memphis, Joe B. Baker, (Karen) of San Antonio, TX; and a host of family members. Mrs. Baker was preceded in death by her husband Dwight W. Baker. She was also preceded in death by her brother David “Buddy” Boling and sister Helen Boling Parker. Though she was retired from the family electrical Business, Acme Electric, she enjoyed traveling, horse races, gardening, and raising orchids. The visitation will be 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 2, at Memorial Park Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting that donations be made to: www.michaeljfox.org, Michael J.
