Pearline Washington's Obituary
Pearline Washington, of Memphis, passed away on February 9, 2021 at Baptist Reynolds Hospice House, Collierville, TN. Mrs. Washington was born September 10, 1936, to the late Eli and Aletha Anderson, In Elliot, SC. Her parents relocated to Wilmington, NC., in 1955. Mrs. Washington was married to Captain Rufus J. Washington, USMC (Retired) for 60 years. Preceded in death by her parents and three younger sisters; she's survived by four children, and five grandchildren.
Arrangements were placed under the care of Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5668 Poplar Avenue. Public viewing will be held Sunday, February 14, 2021 from 4:00 PM until 6:00 at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Interment will be at West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery at a later date.
Due to inclement weather services previously scheduled for Monday have been canceled.
