My deepest sympathy to your family.God will comfort you during this time of grief.(Romans 15:5)
To the Taylor Family We are sorry to hear about the passing of Paul R Taylor. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends at this time. I know that all will be there with strong love and support to get us through these difficult days. That is what loving family members and friends do. There is another person that cares for us also. That person is God Himself. He is well aware of the pain and suffering that we are dealing with. He has taken notice of every tear that fall from our eyes, and He given us His promise that He would soon take corrective action. ( Psalm 56:8) So God in a figurative sense collect those tears so that in due time He would take action against those things that causes pain and suffering. One of those things is death. So from the scriptures He tells us about a wonderful arrangement that will soon take place. Directing the Taylor family, and other families of the earth who have lost some one in death, God provides this promise. He tells us that He would soon call to those in the grave, and that our love ones would hear His voice and stand up in life again. (John 5:28-29) Oh what a clear and comforting promise this truly is. This promise serves as a personal guarantee from God that Paul, and billions of people will have their lives restored back to them. That they would be reunited back with their many family members and friends. Only God, who is the source of all creative life can make such a promise, and then to carry such a promise out. (Psalm 36:9) Yes He has the power and the yearning or desire to so just so. So from this promise we understand that our departed love ones are not left in a helpless situation. Even if a person dies, his life can be restored. Today we can use this time to build up our faith in this promise by reading all nine accounts that speaks about this future arrangement. Here is just one such example that is recorded at John 11:32-44. I hope that all will get a chance to see how the verses apply to your love ones who await their awakening from the deep sleep of death. So please keep this promise of God near your hearts at all times. Remember that we God’s personal promise. When ever God makes a promise, it becomes reality. For God does not lie. ( Titus 1:2)
To the family, I express my deepest condolences for the loss of your love one. In the Bible, God expresses death as a “sting.” (1 Corinthians 15:55,56) So this means that behind death, there is a painful hurt. He also knows what it is like to experience losing a love one as “he did not spare his own son but handed him over for us all.” (Romans 8:32) But soon God will do something amazing. “All those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.” (John 5:28,29) God will use his Son to bring back all our dead loved ones to life! What a joy that will be! There, God “will wipe out every tear from (our) eyes and death will be no more neither mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore.”(Revelation 21:4) So yes, although experiencing the temporary sting of death, we will have the prospect of joy living on a paradise earth free of death forever!
