Paul Lindbergh Hausmann's Obituary
Paul Lindbergh Hausmann, Sr., 87, passed away November 29, 2014. He was born June 25, 1927. He served in the U.S. Army in World War II and Korea. Paul retired as a chemical engineer from Buckeye Technologies. He was a member of Tau Beta Phi Engineering Honor Society. He was an active member of Mullins United Methodist Church and sang in the choir. He was also a volunteer for the Church Health Center. Paul enjoyed watching University of Memphis and Grizzles basketball, as well as golf. He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Sue Hausmann and son, Paul L. Hausmann, Jr. He is survived by his daughter, Donna Guthrie (John). The family will receive friends from 10:30-11:30 a.m., and funeral services will be 11:30 a.m., Friday, December 5 at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family requests that donations be sent to the Church Health Center or Mullins UMC.Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5668 Poplar Ave. Memphis, TN 38119, “Behind the Stone Wall.”
