My heart goes out to the family on the loss of your precious loved who has fallen asleep in death. May you find a measure of comfort from the Most High God’s written Word the Bible (2 Timothy 3:16 & Psalm 83:18). Please, notice how God’s son Jesus viewed death at John 11:11-14. Yes, Jesus viewed death as one sleeping. And, God gives us hope in seeing our loved ones again in perfect health (Isaiah 33:24 & John 5:28, 29). And, the Bible even says where Psalm 37:11 and how long Psalm 37:29). Oh, what a time that will be! May you find some comfort in these few Scriptures. These Scriptures brought us some comfort when our dad and sister fell asleep in death. The God of comfort always keeps His word (Titus 1:2).
