Pat Keadle's Obituary
Pat Keadle, 84, of Germantown passed away August 4, 2017. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Dorothy; his son, Todd Keadle (Luci), of Memphis; his daughter Karen Kendrick (Larry) and grandchildren Davis and Keelen, of Hendersonville, Tenn.; his sister, Jane Gentry, of Van Buren, Ark.; and his brother, Bill Keadle, of Seattle, Wash. Pat married the love of his life, Dorothy Keelen, in 1958. They raised two wonderful children, and Pat served as coach for his children in a variety of youth sports. He loved photography and enjoyed chronicling family trips with his camera. He was also an avid golfer, and the highlight of his lifelong hobby came when he scored two holes-in-one in the same round at Windyke. He was raised in Marked Tree, Ark. and served in the U.S. Air Force as a radioman. After his service, he joined the staff of the Defense Depot in Memphis in 1954 as a programmer, and he retired from the Depot as Director of Plant Equipment Management Systems in 1992. Services will be held Thursday, August 10 at 1 p.m. at CrossRoads United Methodist Church, 9315 E. Shelby Drive in Collierville. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be sent to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
