Pansy Schmittou's Obituary
Pansy McMillan Schmittou, passed away Sunday morning at her home. She was the widow of Porch Von Schmittou. Born November 24, 1906 she was the youngest of 5 children born to George Washington McMillan and Mary Jane Davis McMillan in Water Valley, Mississippi. After graduating from school, she moved to Memphis where she worked for South Central Bell Telephone Company. She was a member of the Pioneer Club and the Ruth Bible Class at Union Avenue Baptist Church.She was preceded in death by her brothers, Leo, Stanley and Dudley and her sister, Lucille McMillan. She leaves her daughter, Kay Graber and her much loved son-in-law, Stanley, as well as her step-granddaughter, Ashley Graber of Los Angeles and Blair (Rene) Graber of Cordova and one step great-grandchild. She also leaves her neice, Martha Jane McMillan of Water Valley.Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, December 7 in Memorial Park Cemetery.
