Otto Wilson Clifton Jr.'s Obituary
Otto Wilson Clifton, Jr., age 80, of Germantown, TN, passed away on March 3, 2024. He was born on October 13, 1943, in Memphis, TN, to the late Otto Wilson Clifton, Sr. and Wilhelmina Patricia Farrell Clifton.
Otto was a man of diverse interests. He loved boating, hunting, and golf, and his unwavering faith as a devoted Catholic was central to his life. One who loved God, family and friends and made sure they were taken care of; always helping others in need. He also believed in a strong work ethic.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Christian Brothers College and went on to pursue a master’s degree from the University of Arkansas.
Otto is survived by his beloved wife, Kay Clifton, and their two sons, Otto W. Clifton III and his wife Kendra, residing in Alpharetta, Georgia and Garrett Clifton and his wife Sonja, residing in Madison, Alabama.
He is also survived by his sister, Patricia Gilman, of Columbus, Mississippi, brother Joseph Farrell Clifton and his wife Cindy and Richard Louis Clifton and his wife Ann, along with four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Otto was preceded in death by his parents, his son Gregory Clifton, and his brother Ralph Clifton.

The family will receive friends for visitation from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Rosary Service at 6:30pm. Funeral Services for Otto will be held on Friday, March 15, 2024 at 10:00am at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Brinkley, Arkansas. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Brinkley, Arkansas.
