Opal Pinnix McAdams' Obituary
Opal Pinnix McAdams passed away on April 26, 2021. Opal was preceded in death by her husband Grady McAdams of 61 years, her parents, Lovic and Clara Pinnix, five brothers, Joe, Coy, Hulon, Jimmy Pinnix and Paul Caldwell, three children, Patricia, David and Becky McAdams and a very dear companion of several years, Bob Carter.
She is survived by a daughter, Debbie (John) Faught, two grandsons, Eric (Katie) Faught, Adam (Amy) Faught, two great-grandchildren, Kaylee and Grady Faught and one sister, Annette Pinnix Shipley.
Opal loved boating, water skiing, bowling and traveling. She worked in banking businesses locally until her retirement. She was a member of Ridgeway Baptist Church.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, May 3 from 10:30 am until the time of the funeral service at 11:30 am at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5668 Poplar Avenue in Memphis. The burial will immediately follow.
Memorials may be made to the charity of the donors choice.
