“Lady Neal” was a very special Lady and Otis and I could never forget her! Fifteen years ago I came with Otis to my first Shrine meeting–she took me under her wing that first night. She was funny —and she could get away saying a lot of things other people could not. We had a lot of fun with this very special “Lady” we will miss her and we loved her very much. Forever Otis and Glenda
Remembering a elegant lady full of wit and charm! we will always remember the first time we met, Rusty and Neal came by our business, when we were located on Navy Rd., and she entered a drawning to win a diamond ring, and she won that ring. It was the start of a twenty year friendship! They would stop by frequently the visit and check on us, how thoughtful they were. She will truly be missed! Our prayers and thoughts are with Rusty and the family. It has been our pleasure to have known her! Rusty we love you! Jerry and Betty Dye, Susan and Rod Lassiter, and Staff at Cs Jewelry, Millington
Honey, you were one feisty old girl, a gun-toting mama, and a lot of fun. We will always MISS you. Nobody EVER messed with you or yours. I’m so HAPPY and FORTUNATE I was always on your side. You were a role model for all those young-ins. What a blessing to have known you for over 50 years! If you were military, you and Rusty opened up your home to them and took care of them until they could get on their feet. We will always remember you and respect what you and Rusty stood for. Love from your old kindred spirit, Cindy
