Retired Deputy Fire Chief Norvell E. Wallace, 82, made his transition from labor to reward on August 29, 2016. Visitation will be held September 2nd from 6:00-9:00pm and Funeral Service – September 3rd at 10 am. All services will be held at Memorial Park Funeral Home, 5668 Poplar Avenue, Memphis, TN . The burial will be held at Southwoods cemetery.
