Norman Jester's Obituary
DR. NORMAN JESTER passed away on November 22, 2013. Dr. Jester was a WWII Army Air Corps veteran and served in the U.S. Air Force reserve. He was a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry and was a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics. Dr. Jester practiced dentistry in Nashville for 18 years before moving to Memphis to practice endodontics. In addition to his private practice, he was an Associate professor of Endodontics at the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. He was a member of numerous dental associations and study clubs. Dr. Jester was an avid fisherman, a hiker, an accomplished woodworker and a pilot. He was a member of Bellevue Baptist Church. He leaves his wife, Patricia; three daughters, his stepson, five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. The family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until service at 11:30 a.m., Saturday, November 30 at Memorial Park Funeral Home.
