I have known Norma Leadford since 1960 when at four years of age my family moved to Parkway Village in Memphis. The Leadfords lived just a few houses down from us. Ms. Norma was a big part of my life growing up and I cherish all the sweet memories of her. As a child I spent a lot of time at her house playing with her daughters. She was always warm and welcoming and truly was a special person. I pray for peace and comfort for Mr. WT and the entire family. Please know that Ms. Norma was an absolute blessing in my life.

Norma was in my 1955 Messick High School class. Since then, we only saw each other at a few reunions. Our 65th reunion was delayed to the 30 of October 2021 because of COVID. It became our 66th. Norma and I passed a lot of emails over the past few years. In my last one a couple of weeks ago I told her that I was looking forward to seeing her in Memphis 10/30/2021. I never received acknowledgement back from her. Sadly, now I know why. I pray that Walter and all of Norma's family is comforted by our Lord Jesus. Blessings to you all.

What a special lady! Not sure if I ever saw her without WT. I grew up on Knightway and they were 2 houses over. She would come over for coffee many mornings and always had a story. Later I read all her articles in the Bolivar Bulletin as she detailed all the happenings in Saulsbury TN. And I have more messages in FB Messenger since 2011 than all others combined. Always so pleasant; I will miss running into her. Praying for the family as you await seeing her again! Larry Mills

Norma was a very special cousin. She and WT welcomed us home to Tennessee after Bill and I retired from the Navy. For all the years we lived near them in Hardeman Co., we saw each other very frequently. After Bill died in 2000, they were especially helpful to me. Norma was like an older sister for me and I will miss her very much. My prayers are with WT and their daughters.
