Ms. Nita was one of a kind and a very important person in my life. She was a grandmother to me. She was always so kind and generous to everyone. While I did not have a chance to see her the past few years (and for that I am truly sad), we did have some great times over the years. It’s hard to believe it was so many years ago, but I can remember the good ole days as if they were yesterday. Growing up, I have many fond memories of playing golf with my grandparents and Ms. Nita here in Memphis (and other places too … like Memorial Day week in Destin with my entire family and Ms. Nita). One year they even had me drive the caravan for my grandparents and Ms. Nita over to North Carolina for summer golf trip where I was the only one under 60. I also fondly remember many conversations and words of encouragement she provided me over the years. I will truly miss her, but know that she is in a better place. All the best,Michael A. Dunavant
