Nell Gee's Obituary
Nell Stoddard Gee, 89, passed away January 29, 2016. She was born May 4, 1926 in Memphis, TN. She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Morris Gee. She leaves two children, Gordon Harper Gee of Newark, DL and Ginger Gee Owings of Memphis, TN; one grandson, Douglas Lee Owings, Jr. of Denver, CO. She was a graduate of Central High School and former stewardess with Chicago and Southern Airways (now Delta Airlines). She was a member of Le Bonheur Club. Family and friends are invited to gather at 2 p.m. at the Memorial Park Funeral Home before going to graveside at 2:30 p.m., Monday, February 1 at Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be sent to Shelby Farms Park/Greenline, 6489 Mullins Station Road, Memphis, TN 38134. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5668 Poplar Ave. Memphis, TN 38119. “Celebrating Life… Behind the Stone Wall”
