I am so sorry to see this news. Mr. Neal was our dear neighbor for 3 years. He and his lovely wife welcomed us and were always ready with a smile and kind word. He loved talking about his military experiences and was so very missed when he moved.
10 years ago I was honored to have Uncle Neal administer the oath of office at my commissioning. He established a high standard of service that I still strive to live up to.
