Morris F. Hudspeth's Obituary
Morris F. Hudspeth, 97, passed away December 27, 2017. He was a WWII Army Veteran, serving in England. Morris was part owner of American Stairway Inc. from March of 1980 until selling the company in December of 2017. In his younger years he was an avid duck hunter, fisherman and musician, continuing to play the piano throughout his life. Morris was preceded in death by his wife of 69 years, Mary Virginia Hudspeth and is survived by 2 children, Linda “Lin” H. Fryman (John) and Bradley F. Hudspeth (Pam Beck); 5 grandchildren, Bradley, Scott and Kevin Hudspeth, Mary Caples (Quinton), Deborah Pleasants (Tim); 7 great-grandchildren and 2 siblings, Maurine Roberts and Lewis Hudspeth. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until his service begins at 11 a.m. Friday, December 29 at Highland Heights Presbyterian Church, where he was a member. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. Any memorials may be sent to Highland Heights Presbyterian Church, 2855 Morning Sun Rd.
