Mildred Rebecca Litton's Obituary
Mrs. Mildred Rebecca Litton age 91, passed away Friday, December 8, 2023.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 21st from 1-1:30pm until service time at 1:30pm at Memorial Park Funeral Home & Cemetery at 5668 Poplar Avenue.
Becky, as she was known by, was born in West Helena, Arkansas. She was married to her deceased husband, Carl, for over 31 years. She was preceded by her parents and sister. Oliver Perry and Beatrice Jennings and Marie Fiddler.
She is survived by two sons, Paul Catanzaro and his wife Ellen, Joe Catanzaro and his wife Susan, Julie Bailey and her husband Rick, Chris Kleinrichert and her husband Steve, and Laurie Shannon, along with numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Becky grew up in Memphis, TN where she went to high school. Becky obtained an undergraduate degree in education and a master’s degree in special education from the University of Memphis and spent many years teaching and helping students with Memphis City Schools. Becky is best known for successful real estate career spanning many decades with Dan Stewart, Pyramid, and Crye-Leike realtors. Becky and Carl were both recognized with the prestigious award of Life-time Member of the Memphis Board of Realtors Multi-Million Dollar Club. Becky and Carl were fortunate to travel domestically, abroad, and particularly enjoyed ocean cruising. Becky was known for her energetic enthusiasm and enjoyed spirited conversation. She will be missed.
