The sting of death never dulls. It is especially worse when someone you love passes away having been on this earth for a very short period of time such as young Miss Michelle. Jehovah God has promised us that by means of his Son Jesus Christ all those in the grave who have fallen asleep in death will ‘hear Jesus’ voice upon his call and come out’ (John 5: 28, 29). By means of the resurrection we have the hope and joy of one day in the very near future of seeing our dead loved ones again. Please hold on to this comforting thought from God’s Word the Bible and lean on the One (Jehovah God) who is “the God of tender mercies and the God of all comfort” (2Cor 2: 3, 4) to comfort you in your time of bereavement.
