I worked with Michael for the last 2 years and want to send a message of love and warm thoughts. Michael will be remembered as a someone that was highly talented, logical and gentle. We will miss his contribution as part of our team, but mostly as a person we enjoyed being around. I’ll always remember the pride he had in his daughters and the love and joy he expressed when speaking of them. I will truely miss him as part of my team as will all his co-workers at Methodist Le Bonheur. My deepest sympathy goes to his family and especially his two girls. God bless you.Cheena Curtis
John and Kimberly Prescott purchased the Beautiful in Blue for the family of Michael Lanny Bland.
Michael was thoughtful, kind, intelligent, and extremely gifted at his work. He added value everyday by the questions he asked and the insights and ideas he provided to the Methodist Healthcare team. We will miss him as a friend and a team member. He is irreplaceable. He leaves a giant void on our team and in our hearts. We are praying for his family, especially his children. We pray they will receive comfort knowing he loved them very much and talked about them often.
To Michael’s Family. I pray that the Holy Spirit will comfort and strengthen you all. I am one of Michael’s co-workers and I will miss very much seeing him on a daily basis. I used to get tickled when we had meetings or outings seeing Michael as the only man on the team with all of these women. I will keep you all in my prayers as time goes by. S. J. Johnson
