Michael E. Howard, 59, of Memphis passed away on October 21, 2009, at his home. After his retirement from Fed-Ex, Michael went on to become a registered nurse and a house supervisor for St. Francis Hospital. He was a member of Bellevue Baptist Church.He leaves his loving wife Donna, his daughter Nicki Dismukes and her husband John, his mother Sara Shelton, one sister Jill Shelton, and two grandchildren Reese and Addison Dismukes.The family will receive friends from12:30-1:30 pm on Friday, October 23, 2009, at Memorial Park Funeral Home with services to follow at 1:30 pm. The family request that any memorials sent to the American Cancer Society.
