My life has been so blessed and enriched by my friendship and patronly advice from Max Wagerman Jr. and his family. I cannot express how dissapointed I am for not hearing in time to attend the services. Max was keeping in touch with me right up to the end with emails and I had no idea he was near the end. He never was anything but positive, encouraging and thoughtful. He has passed that trait on down to his family of three fine sons who will carry the family legacy with honor and accomplishment! I am so sorry for the loss and pain that will go with the separation for Vickie as she gets more and more aware of his being gone. The most impressive thing to me and this may surprise some is that Max ended well. He ended his life as a Believer and good example for his children and grandchildren. The greatest accomplishment and the thing that a good man does. Well done thou good and faithful servant! I so look forward to seeing you again! God bless the children and childrens children who will benefit from such an example. With all my love and friendship forever! Robert B. Eaton Sr. (Bob Eaton)
I was so sorry to hear of the passing of our beloved Max Jr. I am so sorry I could not make the services. I am in California and am recovering from recent surgery. My brother, Gene Landeros and his wife Alice called and told me all about it.Vickie, my heart and love goes out to you as well as to your sons and their families as well. I will call you in a few days when you’ve had some time. Barbara, I’m hugging and loving you as well.Max Jr. was a unique man, and after his Daddy died, whom I also loved dearly, I thought of Max Jr as the patriarch of our big family. He always had a smile and a kind word for me and we always seemed to run into him and Vickie at Pete and Sams every time we went there. My mother, Lucy, whom we lost in 2001, loved Max Jr so much. I’m sure they, along with Max and Marie, are all up there in heaven tonight together. You will surely be missed Max Jr.With Much Love and Sadness, Nina
