Mary Frances Waddey Holt's Obituary
Mary Frances Waddey Holt, 101, retired librarian for the Shea Clinic passed away on October 10, 2009. She was born in Franklin, TN on February 19, 1908. Mrs. Holt was Chief Clerk of Rationing Board in 1941 and a member of Greenlawn Garden Club. She was also a longtime member of Highland Heights Methodist Church.Mrs. Holt was preceded in death by her husband Edward Allen Holt and a son Thomas Alan Holt. She is survived by her sons Jack W. Holt of Suwanee, GA and Edward G. Holt (JoAnn) of Bullard, TX, a sister Anne Plant of Houston, TX; granddaughter Fran & grandson Scott Wilson of Memphis, granddaughter Kathryn (Tom) Junod of Suwanne, GA; and four great grandchildren Jordan Huffman, Scott, Will and Erin Wilson.The family will receive friends from 10:30-11:30, on Wednesday, October 14, 2009, at Memorial Park Funeral Home with services to follow also at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the families wishes to have memorials sent to Highland Heights Methodist Church.
