Mary Thomas' Obituary
MARY ELIZABETH ASHFORD THOMAS 86, passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at Baptist Memorial Hospital.She was born in Moscow, TN on August 6, 1923, the daughter of Ford and Anna Lou Ashford. Mary was a member of Central Church. Mary loved needlework, gardening, playing bridge and antiques. She had many friends who shared her interests.She was preceded in death by her parents, son Billy Thomas, sister Mattie Lou Westmoreland and brother Travis Ashford.Mary is survived by her husband, Wesley Carl Thomas, her sons Malcolm Thomas and his wife Pam and Bob Thomas and his wife Carol. She also leaves two grandsons, Sterling Thomas and Cory Thomas and sister, Wilma Hawkins. The family would like to thank Dr. Sharfman, Dr. Wellons, Dr. Samaha, Baptist Hospital and especially the Hospice staff for their exceptional care.
