Mary Aline Jones' Obituary
Mary Aline Jones, 82, of Germantown Tn, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on December 17, 2010 after a long illness. Aline was a faithful servant of God and longtime member of Kirby Woods Baptist Church. She was born in Saltillo Tn, to Hubert and Tera Stanfill (both deceased). Aline had two wonderful brothers, whom she cared so much for, Neal Stanfill and Rev. Donald Stanfill (both deceased). Aline was a loving wife and mother. She is survived by her husband of 57 years Otis V. Jones, two sons , Gary Michael Jones of Germantown, Tn., and Scott Alan Jones and his wife Nancy Jean Jones, of Lancaster Pa. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews in Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi. Proverbs 31:10 – 31 exemplifies the life of Mary Aline Jones, “An excellent wife, who can find for her worth is far above jewels………” She will be missed by all who had the good fortune to meet and know her. The family will receive friends at Kirby Woods Baptist Church, Tuesday December 21 from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. Service to follow at 1:00 PM with Pastor Jim Colliar presiding. Prior to internment there will be a brief grave side service in the Rotunda of Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5668 poplar ave, Memphis, TN 38119, “Behind the Stone Wall”
