Mary graduated from Germantown High School and attended The University of Tennessee as a member of Delta Gamma Sorority. She graduated from Memphis State University. In her teen years Mary was an accomplished equestrian and had a love for all animals. Mary was a lifelong fan of The University of Tennessee Volunteers and enjoyed watching the games and entertaining with her large group of friends. Through-out her life she looked forward to meeting friends and family at Pete and Sam’s for many celebratory occasions. Mary had a dry sense of humor and a quick wit and was known to provide straight-forward commentary on the world around her.

She is survived by her loving brothers, Myron Ashner Halle III of Inverness, FL and Robert Moore Halle of Roswell, GA; as well as, Myron Ashner Halle IV (nephew), Kathryn Celeste (Halle) Young (niece), and Mikayla Young (great-niece).
