Mark William Weston's Obituary
Mark William Weston, 64, died peacefully at home on June 10, 2018. He was born on October 21, 1953 in Tupelo, Mississippi to the late Hazel Wright Weston and Clyde Carl Weston. He moved to Memphis as a child and attended Colonial Elementary School and Memphis University School where he was a member of the cheerleading squad. After graduating he attended the University of Tennessee and Christian Brothers University in Memphis. He loved The Dabney Nursery where he worked for 15 years. He loved fishing, cooking and gardening. Uncle Mark was adored by his nieces and nephews who loved spending time with him. His garage was a popular gathering place for his many friends who would stop by to eat, laugh and tell tall tales. That High Point Terrace corner will certainly be a little quieter and a little lonelier place without him. Mark will be remembered for his kind heart, gentle spirit, quick wit and easy laugh. He will be missed by his family and his many friends who love him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hazel Wright Weston and Clyde Carl Weston. He is survived by his brother, Stephen Carl Weston (Elizabeth) of Madison, Mississippi. There will be a private memorial service on Friday, June 15th at Memorial Park Funeral Home.
