He was very involved in athletics and the Booster Club at Harding Academy, where his children graduated. He was an avid Ole Miss football fan who loved spending his Saturdays in the Grove. He also enjoyed spending time at the lake, relaxing by the pool, and putting his feet in the sand with his family and friends.
