She was an active member of Balmoral Baptist Church. The life-long friendships she and Louie developed there are one-of a kind and cherished by the entire family. She loved traveling and camping with the Memphis Sam’s chapter of the Good Sam Club. Marjorie was a sharp card player and could be found playing Canasta, Spades and Rummy well into the night. She was a true hostess and amazing cook, no one was ever going to be hungry in her presence. All the grandkids knew where she had the good cookies stashed. Her greatest legacy is all the family recipes she leaves behind. Her greatest talent was having an entire family meal prepared and ready to serve at the exact time.
