Marie Cook Moore "Sophie Sentebale"'s Obituary
Leta Marie Cook Moore “Sophie Sentebale”, 51, passed away after living with ALS for 5 years. She was preceded by her husband, William Cooper Moore “Chip” Jr. She is survived by her parents, Hope and Earl Willard Cook, sister, Patricia Leigh Cook, brothers, Thomas Jonathan Cook and Earl Willard Cook Jr., of Colorado Springs, CO two nieces, Hope Cook and Alice Cook of Colorado Springs, CO. She was a former member of Junior League of Memphis, Les Passees, and DAR and was a dedicated volunteer and active member of the groups before her illness. The family will receive friends on Monday, January 25 from 10:00-11:30 with the service to follow immediately. All services will be held at Memorial Park.
