My love and prayers are with all of you. Margie was my dear friend forever. I will miss her and I know each of you will miss her. She is at home in Heaven now and we will see her again when we go home to Heaven. I just came across a picture of her yesterday when Don made her a cake many years ago. Don always kidded that she was his girlfriend and when our son was in the first grade he took that picture to school and told the class “this is the cake my Dad made for his girlfriend” We all got a laugh out of that. She was so special. These last few years have been hard on her and her main caregiver who was her husband. I have missed not being able to talk to her these last years because we could talk about anything. Special, forever friends don’t come around very often but she was just that to me until this horrible illness took over her mind. I am glad I have so many wonderful memories of my very special friend.
