Margaret Webb's Obituary
Margaret Evelyn Webb, 93, of Memphis, TN passed away on April 20, 2021. She is now rejoicing in Heaven with her father, mother, and brother Charles. Margaret was born in Bemis, TN on September 4, 1927. She was the daughter of Elihue and Martha Wright. She married the love of her life, J.T., in 1948. They were married for 72 years. She was a longtime member of Ridgeway Baptist Church. Mrs. Webb is survived by her husband J.T. Webb, two daughters, Mary Evelyn Dixon and Susan Gail Webb, two grandchildren, Amanda Dixon and Candice Mosby (Travis), and one great granddaughter, Penelope Mosby.
Margaret enjoyed dancing, traveling, and spending time with her family. She shared a special bond with her lifelong friend and double 1st cousin, Artie Jean Webb and her husband Chester “Check” Webb
The visitation will be held on Saturday, May 1, 2021 from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Memorial Park Funeral Home, 5668 Poplar Avenue, Memphis, TN 38119. The funeral will follow at 2:30 p.m. in the Riverside Chapel at Memorial Park Funeral Home. The entombment will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery in the Mausoleum.
