Earline used to tell the story of the day Margaret ran away from home. Margaret was around five at the time and gotten sideways with her Mom. After being sent to her room Margaret decided to pack a bag and leave.
As she headed for the door Earline inquired as to where she was headed and what she had packed for her journey. Margaret very confidently responded with “my clean socks and my Bible of course!” At long last Margaret is in Heaven where she longed to be.
