Macy Blaine Peggs' Obituary
Macy Blaine Peggs, 14, of Germantown, passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2009. She attended Farmington Elementary. She was in the 8th grade at Houston Middle School. Macy also attended Hope Presbyterian Church. She loved music, swimming, watching old tv shows, movies, going for long rides, and reading through her favorite magazines. Macy was an inspiration to everyone she met, she always had a smile on her face and loving spirit that touched many lives. She was preceded in death by her grandmother Johnnie Peggs. Macy leaves her parents Steve and Rita Peggs, two brothers Tyler Peggs of Germantown, and David Peggs of Savannah, a sister Melanie Peggs of Knoxville, her grandparents Vada and Raymond Stacks of Ashland, MS, and Dave Peggs of Germantown, as well as a host of other loving family and friends. The family will receive friends from 5-8 on Monday, September 14, 2009, at Memorial Park Funeral Home. A funeral service and celebration of Macy’s life will be held at 3:00 p.m., on Tuesday, September 15, 2009, also at the funeral home. The family requests that any memorials be sent to Angelman Syndrome Foundation (1800-432-6435) or to the charity of choice.
