I worked with and for Dwight at ITT in Searcy! He was the best boss I ever had. I was so sad when he retired, he always fought tirelessly for the plant employees and treated everyone like family. He definitely left a wonderful mark on this ole world. So glad I had the privilege of knowing and working for him!
A fine, good man. My husband and I knew him when he & his wife attended Downtown Church in Searcy. Sympathy for his sweet wife and family.
I worked with and for Dwight during his 25 years at ITT and we became close friends and that friendship has continued beyond those days at ITT. I have fond memories of those good times we spent together. He was a kind and caring person who had respect for all and was respected by all. I pray that the grace of God and the memories of a lifetime together will bring comfort to Dot, Phillip and family.

Prayers for the family… Love, Dorothy Sides Frederick
We are so sorry that Dwight has lost his valiant fight but happy in the knowledge that his lifetime of caring and sacrifice for others will earn him rich rewards in heaven. We had some great times together and miss his unique personality. We are sorry we will be unable to attend his service but want Dot and the rest of the family to know that you are in our hearts and prayers. We hope you can put your sadness behind you soon and enjoy the wonderful memories of the years you spent together. Love to all, Pat & Eddie Best, Searcy, AR
