Lula Condry's Obituary
Lula “Boots” Condrey was born August 10th 1926 in Williford Arkansas and resided most of her life in Memphis, Tennessee. She went to be with her Lord on June 9, 2023. After she retired as a broker secretary, she took up many hobbies including oil painting, piano, dancing, gardening, and socializing. She was a long-standing member of the White Station Church of Christ and a member of The Daughters of the Nile.
She is preceded in death by her first husband, Joe Campbell Williams, her son Ronald Joe (Shirley) Williams Sr., her second husband Billy James Condrey, her siblings Viella (Willard) Winebaugh, Clinton (Darlene) Wilkerson, and Raymond “Dink” (Bobbie) Wilkerson.
She is survived by three grand children: Amy (Bobby) Harris, Ronnie (Casey) Williams, Emily (Michael) Johnson; three great grandchildren Kaitlyn Harris, Haley Harris, and Ryker Williams. She has several nieces and nephews.
Throughout her life, she remained active and engaged with her Memphis church family and was deeply involved with her local community and activities including entertaining.
A Celebration of Life was held on Saturday, July 15 2023 at White Station Church of Christ. She is memorialized next to Joe C. Williams at Memphis Memorial Park Cemetery.
