Lucile Wilson Fesmire's Obituary
Lucile Wilson Fesmire, 98, born September 20, 1917 in Hernando, MS, died peacefully on November 1, 2015, in Nashville, TN. Lucile lived in Memphis most of her adult life. She retired from Malone & Hyde as a bookkeeper. She was a charter member of Trinity Baptist Church. Lucile was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs O. W. Wilson; her husband, O. C. Fesmire; brothers Earl Wilson and Droke Wilson; sisters Margaret McElhaney, Evelyn Lancaster, and Norma Garner. She is survived by her son, James Fesmire (Carole) of Nashville; grandchildren, Anna Fesmire and Craig Fesmire both of Nashville. Our sincere appreciation to the caregivers at The Blakeford and Vantage Point Village. A special thank you to Cindy Baskin. The service to celebrate Lucile’s life will be held at 11:30 am on Tuesday, November 10 at Memorial Park Funeral Home, Memphis, TN. The family will receive friends from 10:30 – 11:30 am prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Baptist Church, 8899 Trinity Rd. Cordova, TN 38018.The funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Memorial Park Funeral Home, 5668 Poplar Ave., Memphis TN 38119. “Honoring Lives Behind the Stone Wall.”
