I was so sorry to hear of the passing of my cousin Louis. Growing up we were more like brothers than cousins. We were close in age, and we spent most holidays and nearly every summer together at our grandparents farm. Louis was a pretty imaginative guy, and I wasn't too bad at it myself. Between the two of us, we managed to cook up, and get into, quite a respectable amount of mischief. It was alot of fun, at least for us. I do remember Louis as being way more mechanically inclined than me. He was always tinkering with and dismantling stuff, trying to figure out how it worked, and seeing if he could make it work better. Lots of times when it was done, it did work better.
I know that Louis turned out to be a great guy and a responsible, hard working husband, father, and grandfather. I am so sorry that he did not get the opportunity to finally retire and settle down at their new property out in the country. I will miss him.
