Lisa Haddock's Obituary
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Lisa Smith Haddock, who peacefully passed away at home while surrounded by her family on Friday, November 7, 2025.
Lisa was an incredible sister, beautiful daughter, devoted wife, and the best mom in the universe. Her love for her family was boundless. She was known for her ability to bring light into every room she entered. This was not only due to her impeccable taste in fashion, but because she always had a smile to share and a kind word to say to anyone who looked her way.
She is survived by her devoted and loving husband of 38 years, Chris Haddock; her adoring daughter, Lillian Haddock; her wonderful nephew, Meyer Jacobs; and her mother, Beaunita Smith. She was preceded in death by her sister and best friend, Tommi Jacobs, and their father, Robert Smith. Lisa is also survived by her sisters and brothers-in-law, Lisa and Bobby Fite and Mark and Laura Haddock; along with her nieces, Madeline Haddock and Rosemary Broach.
Lisa will forever live on in the hearts of all who loved her. She believed in never leaving a kind word unsaid. She would stop anyone to let them know that she loved their outfit, hair, or accessories because she hoped it would make their day just a little bit brighter. Her grace, confidence, intelligence, humor, generosity, and love for her family will never be forgotten.
A celebration of Lisa’s life will be held on November 14, 2025, at the Memphis Botanic Gardens from 2-4 pm with family and friends to celebrate the beautiful life she lived.
