Linda "Kay" Cox's Obituary
LINDA KAY HOGUE COX was born February 26, 1956 to Henry and Lottie Ruth Hogue in Memphis, TN. She leaves behind her husband of 32 years, John Robert Cox, Jr.; two daughters, Rachel Marsh (25) and Haley Ward (23); and one son, Alex Cox (28). She also leaves behind her mother, two brothers, five grandchildren, Marie (6), Clayton Henry (5), Bailey (9 months), Brayden (7 months) and Abby (5 months). She was a Special Education teacher in the city schools, where she loved each of her students very much. She was an amazing person and the best mother a kid could ever have. She always put herself last and always put everyone else first. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. followed by funeral services at 11:30 a.m., Saturday, June 2 at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery.
