To the King Family. I was sad to hear of Polly’s passing. She and I were neighbors at Pleasant Hill and always had a laugh because we were both “Polly”. My last name was King before marriage and it turned out she became a King! How about that, Polly!! Rest in Peace, dear one! Polly King Utley
To all “Aunt Polly”s family. Even though I don’t know any of you and only met her one time, I was blessed to have known her even for a short time. I loved her sense of humor and happy spirit. She helped me become family when I met her, and felt like I had known her all my life. I’m sorry for the loss of such a special person.

Sorry to hear of your loss. Please take comfort from the Bible’s clear teachings, removing confusion about what happens to the dead. The Scriptures plainly state that death is “the last enemy” that will be destroyed. (1 Corinthians 15:26) What strength and comfort we can draw from knowledge of the resurrection hope! And how glad we can be that our dead loved ones who are in God’s memory will awaken from the sleep of death to enjoy all the good things he has in store for those who love him! (Psalm 145:16) Such blessings will be accomplished through God’s Kingdom (Matthew 6: 9, 10)
