Lily Kam's Obituary
Lily Kam of Memphis, TN died at her home Saturday, March 19, 2011. She was born to Lt. Col. U. K. Wang and Feng Wang in Taiwan. Lily is survived by her husband, Bing Kam, sons Johnny Kam and David Kam (Lee), and grandchildren, Caroline Kam, Ava Kam, and Christopher Kam, all of Memphis. She is also survived by her mother, Feng Wang of Memphis, sisters, Shelley W. Ansley of Memphis, and Laura W. Jean of Wheeling, West Virginia, and brothers, Peter Wang of Beijing, China and David Wang of Memphis. Lily was preceded in death by her father, Lt. Col. U. K. Wang. Lily loved her family and was a devoted daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was a well known restaurateur in the Memphis community. Lily will always be remembered for her kind, generous and loving spirit. She was loved and will be missed by all who knew her. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 27, 2011, at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, located at 5668 Poplar Ave. The visitation hours are Friday, 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. , and Saturday, 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. also at Memorial Park Funeral Home.
