Lewie Leo Bentley's Obituary
LEWIE LEO BENTLEY passed away April 6, 2010 at 11:30 p.m. at his home. The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m., Friday, April 9 at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Services will be at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, April 10 at Memorial Park-Fireside Chapel. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. He leaves six children, Pam Adams of Maysville, KY, Cindy Watkins of Lexington, KY, Lewie Leo Bentley, Jr (deceased), Marsha Dawson of Lexington, KY, Kari Lynn Betlesky of Southaven, MS and Brandon Bentley of Memphis, TN. Mr. Bentley is survived by eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; his brothers and sisters, Lucille Branham of Franklin, TN, Estill Bentley of Southshore, KY, Mike Bentley of Mezane, NC, Sue Cartee of Hagerstown, IN, Joyce Elliott of Greenwood, IN, and Linda Nichols of Frankfort, KY. He was preceded in death by his father, William Wesley Bentley, mother, Carrie Wolfenbarger Bentley, and brother, Leonard Bentley. Mr. Bentley was a graduate of Southshore High School, South Shore, KY, served his county in the United States Air Force and was a longtime employee of Ryder Trucking.
