Lettye Sullivan Platt's Obituary
Lettye S. Platt, 95, of Olive Branch, Mississippi passed away Thursday, November9, 2023.
Mrs. Platt was born in Buckatunna Mississippi and was one of eleven children. She moved to Memphis in 1947 with her husband Kerry C. Platt. She worked at Leader Federal Savings and Loan where she became a successful businesswoman as the first female branch manager.
Lettye was a member of Graceview Presbyterian church in Southaven. There she was devoted to many ministries and charities throughout her life.
The family invites friends to gather for fellowship Thursday November 16, 2023, from 10:00am until 11:00am at Graceview Presbyterian church. A celebration of Lettye's life will follow starting at 11:00am.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Graceview Presbyterian Church or Shriner's Children's Hospital.
