Les was a definite “one-of-a-kind” when it came to life, friendship and livelihood. He afforded me a wide array of opportunities in design and advertising when I was just starting my career. He was always willing to share his expertise in business and life. For this I will always count myself as lucky to having worked and learned under his guidance.

Very sorry to learn of Les's passing. Speaking as a past President of the Memphis Chapter of the Recording Academy, Les was one of the people you could always count to wade right into whatever needed to be done and done well. We will miss not only his get it done drive, but also the good will and humor he always brought to whatever group he was part of. Rest well my friend. Richard Ranta
