Lawrence “Ghoo-Goo” Reedus died peacefully March 29, 2020 in Memphis, TN at the age of 82. Lawrence is survived by children, Kevin (Ernestine) West of Memphis, TN, Carol Reedus, Birmingham, AL and Charles (Shantrece) Reedus of Che Read Obituary
To the Reedus Family:
Sending love and condolences at the loss of your loved one. My family’s memory of Lawrence are personal ones dating from childhood neighborhood days to later times when he interacted with our young son. He complimented and encouraged our budding tennis player by gifting him with barbecue each time he won a tournament. We believed our son valued his treats from “Mr Ghoo Goo” far more than the trophies he earned. Rest well, Lawrence...the young man still plays tennis and will always remember “Mr Ghoo Goo”.
