Laverne Disheroon's Obituary
Laverne Allen Disheroon, lifelong resident of Memphis, passed away at the age of 94 on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at Signature Health Care. The only child of Fred L. and Mossie Tucker Allen and widow of R.L. Disheroon, she and her husband owned and operated Airways Cleaners until his death in 1977. A member of First United Methodist Church from birth until her death, she shared her musical talent with her church and her community singing in the choir and playing the piano. A graveside service will be held at 11:30 a.m., Saturday, May 10, at Memorial Park Cemetery.
