LARRY O. FINCH, SR., 60, former basketball coach for University of Memphis, died April 2, 2011. Visitation will be held 4:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, April 8, at Larry O. Finch Center, 630 Echols. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 9 at Hope Presbyterian Church, 8500 Walnut Grove. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, 5668 Poplar Avenue. He leaves his wife, Vicki Finch; one daughter, Shanae Finch; two sons, Larry O. Finch, Jr. (Toriell) and James Finch, all of Memphis; one sister, Gloria Finch; four brothers, Barry Finch, Gary Finch (Ruth), Greg Finch, and Ronald Finch, all of Memphis; seven grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
