I did not know Larry Jr. well, having only met him a few times. One time was way back in 2005 when my Brother Norman Roberts and I visited St. Louis. We had a wonderful visit with our cousins, aunts, and uncles. Aunt Helen was my father's sister. The sheer joy that always accompanied their times together was powerful. The Cunningham family is truly special. I know that Larry Jr. continued the tradition of devotion to family, friends, and all the wonderful things life has to offer. I played sports with Larry in grade school, and he also lived nearby to my aunts house. We used to play hockey on his street all the time. I played basketball and soccer. He was always the nicest guy and despite being the most dominant player on the team. Wish his family the best during this tough time and know that he’s remembered as a fun guy, great person, and teammate. My parents had a couple photos from our teams.
I worked with Larry at International Paper. We traveled to Poland together and did the Golf Cart Tour of Krakow. He was a great person and a blast to be around. May he Rest in Peace and my prayers are with all his family. Rick Williams, Cincinnati, OH
