Knowing Cynthia and Laraine at Central High along for many many years before that while our father’s worked together at the CP Center. Laraine and the Baird family were like a second family to me when I was at Central High with her. We graduated and ultimately lost touch. Over the years I have fondly remembered our time together and have always been grateful for their friendship. They were very kind to take me with them to church at the Park Avenue Cumberland Presbyterian Church and shared many Sundays with them. Laraine invited me to be a part of her wedding which I appreciated so much to be included as a bridesmaid. Sending warmest of thoughts and Prayers. – Carol Paine (Blooding)
